These terms form a legal agreement between you and the operator of Ceke ("Ceke," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Ceke, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
01 / What Ceke Is
Ceke is an entertainment and utility-style iOS experience that turns photos you choose into a fictional supermarket point-of-sale register workflow. You may stock a new photo into a local inventory, receive a generated SKU, decode sealed records, print receipt-style records, and reveal color previews through in-app actions.
Ceke is not a real cash register, retail inventory system, tax record system, barcode authority, photo backup service, cloud storage service, payment terminal, or financial product. Generated SKUs, receipt metadata, material profiles, authentication codes, net weight values, and receipt visuals are created for the app experience only.
02 / Eligibility and Apple Terms
You must be legally able to accept this agreement and use the app under the laws that apply to you. If you use Ceke on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Your download, in-app purchases, refunds, device permissions, family sharing settings, and App Store account are also governed by Apple terms and policies. Apple may process payments and provide platform services independently from Ceke.
03 / Your Photos and Local Records
You control which photos you import into Ceke. When you stock a photo, Ceke creates a local receipt record, generated SKU, timestamp, image dimensions, file-size based "net weight," material profile, and related in-app state such as decoded, printed, or color-revealed status.
- You keep your rights in the photos you choose to import.
- You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to import and use any photo in the app.
- You should not import photos that are unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violate another person's privacy.
- Ceke stores app records locally on the device. Local records may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data, change devices, or experience device failure.
04 / In-App Purchases and Digital Content
All purchases unlock consumable coin packs. Coins are spent inside this app to access premium features.
What you get: a one-time consumable coin pack added to your in-app balance immediately after a successful purchase.
What coins do: coins unlock individual premium actions inside this app. Every action displays its exact coin cost before you tap, and confirmation is always required before a deduction.
What is NOT included: no auto-renewing subscription, no ad removal, no exclusive offline downloads, no transferable assets between accounts or devices, and no entitlements outside this app.
Refunds: all sales are final except where Apple's standard refund policy applies. Coins are non-transferable between accounts and devices and have no monetary value outside this app.
Coin balances are part of the local app experience. Because Ceke does not provide a cloud account system, coins and unlocked local record states may not transfer between devices and may be lost if local app data is deleted. We may change coin pack availability, pricing, bonuses, or premium action costs in future versions, but the app will present the relevant cost before a deduction.
05 / Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Ceke. This includes, without limitation, attempting to bypass payment or coin-deduction flows, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, interfere with StoreKit purchase handling, upload or import content you do not have the right to use, or use generated receipts, SKUs, or barcodes as real-world proof of purchase, identity, inventory, tax, payment, or ownership.
06 / Ownership
Ceke, including its design, interface, code, generated visual style, text, icons, and app-specific workflows, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights you already have in your own photos, we and our licensors retain all rights in the app. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Ceke for personal, lawful use on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple platform terms.
07 / App Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Ceke at any time. Features may depend on iOS, device capabilities, App Store availability, StoreKit availability, network access for Apple services, or your local device storage. We do not guarantee that any feature, coin pack, price, or local record will remain available permanently.
08 / Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Ceke is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and data preservation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of photos, records, coins, profits, goodwill, data, or device access. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
09 / Termination
You may stop using Ceke at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or related services if you violate this agreement, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if continued operation is no longer commercially, technically, or legally feasible.
10 / Changes to This Agreement
We may revise this User Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page or made available through the app. The "Effective Date" above indicates when the current version became effective. Your continued use of Ceke after changes become effective means you accept the revised agreement.
